This discovery significantly amplified the availability of diamonds. Jewelry settings were augmented by the addition of diamonds and silver color became famous due to diamond’s supreme gleam. Metals were added to support the stones and give eye catching settings. More colorful metals were used to utilize to add more vividness and glitter.

The way the engagement rings were made has changed dramatically. But these rings will remain the symbol of love, romance and promise forever.
